Memberclicks Tips – Emailing your group’s membership

To email the members of your section, round table or committee:

Go to

Login (your username is generally your email – if you have forgotten your password you can click on forgot your password to have it sent to you)

Click on Membership Advanced Search Form

In the Criteria Dropdown box choose your group

Equal – choose yes

Choose Match all Criteria


The members of your group will appear in a list.

Choose the Contact envelope to email them all.
