During the 2021-2022 Year of Learning Events, association members will learn, discuss, and take action on issues of equity, diversity, and inclusion. At the end of the year, participating members will have the skills to create unifying EDI experiences and solutions for their patrons, communities, and libraries.

Diversity Definition
For the upcoming Year of Learning, diversity refers to “the participation of individuals in organizations, regardless of race, ethnicity, or gender.
