Proposed Change to Article 5 of the Bylaws 

Passed. Association membership will be for a rolling 12 month period from the join/renewal date (replacing the annual January – December membership).

Consider nominating a fellow librarian or library advocate for one of six available awards, covering many areas of recognition:

Distinguished Service Award
Librarian of the Year Award
Special Service to Libraries Award
Special Recognition Award
Legislative Award for Excellence in Political Affairs and Library Advocacy
Outreach Award

Please review the awards definitions to determine the most applicable category, and then submit your nomination using the online form by January 16, 2018. You can also review previous ULA award winners online.

ULA Pre-conferences 2017

 

Did you know that ULA Pre-conferences are included with the Full Conference Registration fee?  You have access to longer, more in-depth workshops with nationally recognized speakers and experts at no additional cost.    Full Conference Early Registration for ULA members is just $170 through April 10.  You can register for the conference at https://www.regonline.com/ULA2017.

Not attending the conference or attending only one day?  Pre-conferences are offered for a $55 fee for those who are not attending the full conference.  Please contactpia@icmevents.com to register for a pre-conference without attending the conference.
